I don’t know what it is but my skin is just not tolerating the weather this season. It’s extremely dry and actually started to crack like I’ve never seen before, especially around my nose and chin area. Thankfully, I have good skincare on hand, like Sahajan to save me.

I first fell in love with Sahajan’s Restorative Eye Cream and was more than thrilled to get my hands on their Nourish Face Cream (50ml – $60). Thanks Lisa! If you’re on the market for natural beauty, this line is for you. I love Sahajan’s approach to holistic beauty by combining science with Ayurvedic tradition… I find it comforting and reassuring to know that there is history behind this line, thousands of years of it.  Sahajan

I love using this morning and night to help combat my dry skin. It’s been great to help calm and re-hydrate what damage this weather has done thus far. What’s even better is that it’s works great as a primer for makeup. I don’t wear much foundation anymore, but when I do, I love how it holds up atop of this face cream.

Sahajan Nourish Face Cream Key Ingredients

  1. Triphala: Powerful antioxidant that helps to brighten the look of skin.
  2. Gotu Kola: Supports collagen, reduces the appearance of wrinkles and firms the skin.
  3. Coconut Oil: This protein-rich oil is deeply hydrating and is great for many conditions.

This cream is extremely rich and hydrating. It takes only the smallest amount, I’d say about the size of a nickle, to cover your face. I also like to bring this down onto my neck and decollete because like my face, they need some love too. I will say that it absorbs beautifully into the skin but unlike traditional moisturizers on the market, actually leaves your skin feeling hydrated for hours. This isn’t just for instant gratification, it really works.
